The staff was efficient and cordial. Melanie checked us in, and we encountered her several times during our stay. She was very pleasant and kind. We will definitely choose TownePlace should we visit Memphis again.

Breakfast was good. We hung out in the lobby with some friends a couple nights. Robert was very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness over all the main 2 front desk attendance that we encountered was as sweet as gold. Daniel & Sharonda their an awesome one two punch.

Beautiful place, nice and relaxing in the heart of stores and restaurants clean bathroom which I am big on, which bed pillows were firmer but still the bed was extra comfortable

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location close to lots of dining options and we felt quite safe. It is also a short distance to the airport.
